Your code gives them 10% off their first eligible order. The discount must appear in the summary before payment is confirmed. The programme’s eligibility conditions still apply.
You receive ELIX Credit equal to 10% of the amount paid for the eligible referred order after validation. This referral credit is separate from commissions paid to approved Ambassadors.
The referred order must be paid, completed and validated after checks for any cancellations or refunds. A pending reward is therefore not yet available credit. You can view its status in your account.
A cancelled, refunded or ineligible order does not earn a reward. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity are also excluded. The programme rewards genuine, validated referrals.
No. You cannot refer yourself, including through a second account. Your code is intended for inviting eligible new customers.

The current programme presentation does not state a limit. Each order must nevertheless meet the eligibility conditions and be validated. Review the programme rules before organizing a referral campaign.
No. Referral-programme credit and Ambassador-programme commissions are two different benefits. Bank transfers apply only to approved Ambassadors under the terms agreed with ELIX.
The programme may welcome creators, educators and community leaders with an authentic, relevant audience. Every application is reviewed; applying does not result in automatic acceptance.
You may apply directly. Your audience, the relevance of your content and your collaboration proposal will help the team assess the application.

Provide your name, country, links to your public profiles, the size and type of your community, and a brief collaboration proposal. Focus on concrete information about your content and audience.
Rates, eligibility criteria, validation periods and payment arrangements are discussed individually after an application is approved. Only the terms agreed for your collaboration apply.
Bank transfers are reserved for approved Ambassadors and cover validated commissions. Their schedule depends on the agreed collaboration terms. An estimated or pending amount must not be treated as a confirmed payment.
An application is a request to collaborate. Wait for approval and confirmation of the terms before presenting your participation as official.
