How do I get my referral code?
After your first eligible ELIX order is completed, your personal code is added to your account.
When do I receive my ELIX Credit?
Credit is added after the referred order is paid, completed, validated and has passed cancellation and refund checks.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fraudulent activity do not qualify.
Is there a limit?
There is no stated referral reward limit, but every order must remain eligible and validated.
Where can I track my rewards?
Sign in to your ELIX account to see available credit, pending rewards and validated referrals.
